October 26, 2015 — In the wake of the statewide release of PARCC results, Tom Kean, former governor of NJ and president of Drew University, underscores the importance of PARCC assessments, not only in closing the ‘honesty gap’ between the scores released from previous state assessments and NAEP scores, but also with the challenge of remediation in NJ institutions of higher education.
